MULTIMEDIA
Outstanding print quality combined with no-compromise multimedia capabilities are the distinguishing features of the Olivetti d-Color range. The scan function supports scan-to-eMail, scan-to-FTP, scan-to-SMB and scan-to-Box. Multi-page documents can be scanned in a single pass, with the optional automatic document feeder and automatically converted into PDF format. For particularly hard copies, the compact PDF format offers additional reduction. The address book stores up to 2,100 addresses, for quick and efficient distribution of scanned files.

COST REDUCTION AND CONTROL
Transparent cost control and allocation are guaranteed by a management system that counts the pages produced by individual users or departments. Therefore, costs can be easily allocated to the relevant cost centres, avoiding complex and costly accounting procedures. Thanks to the Network Management Utility, all these settings can be controlled via web.
