Kon-x Wales Ltd was founded in 2005 by Aled Williams, Arwel Griffiths and Ian Marshall. With a total of 26 years in the industry the three directors formed the company with a strong shared vision of how a professional company should operate. Having experienced working for a large multinational company the team knew exactly which issues frustrated customers most and how to avoid them!

The Kon-x team believe that transparency in all dealings followed by being focused on customer care and retention will be the key to the success and growth of the company. We recognise that customers are not just a numbers on a list and we work hard to develop a mutually beneficial relationship with each and every customer.
