Wherever possible we will try to resolve problems over the telephone.
We may be able to solve the problem with a few minutes of simple instructions.
Please be prepared to give the name of your company, the serial number
of your machine and the nature of the fault.
The serial number of your machine can be found on the sticker on the front of the machine.
Our service technicians are manufacturer trained, able to call on our customers for preventative maintenance and repair calls. All our technicians carry an extensive stock of spare parts and toner cartridges enabling a very high first time fix rate.
Whilst total commitment is given by providing exactly the right machine for the desired application, after care service is a major part of our success and we only sell a business machine if we are able to support that product giving all of our customers peace of mind.
